MILLEROVO RETAKEN BY THE RED ARMY
RUSSIANS REPORTED ACROSS THE DONETZ
ROSSOSH IN SOVIET HANDS AGAIN
FINAL ASSAULT ON SIXTH ARMY
The Russians in a special announcement last night stated that Millerovo, the important junction on the Voronezh-Rostov railway, has been captured and the garrison almost completely wiped out.
In their new offensive south of Veronezh, details of which were announced earlier, the Red Army has recaptured the railway station of Alexeyevka. Six hundred other places, including Rossosh, have also been taken. The Moscow radio announced later last night that Soviet forces had crossed the Donetz.
NEW ATTACK LAUNCHED BY EIGHTH ARMY
ROMMEL WITHDRAWS FROM WHOLE OF BUERAT POSITION
MANY HEAVY RAIDS ON TRIPOLI
The Eighth Army has started a new and successful attack, and Rommel has withdrawn from the whole of the Buerat position. By Saturday evening his positions in the Sedada-Bir Tala area were being engaged.
Tripoli has been subjected to heavy raids by day and night.
