Dear Wing/Co,
In Evelyn's last letter I read that you had been awarded a bar to your D.S.O and that Al Roach had got the D.F.C. I am very glad and happy for you both. Please accept my warmest congratulations.
Yours sincerely,
W W Rollinson F/LT
