The album contains pictures taken at RAF Methwold and Feltwell, Battles in France as part of the RAF Advanced Air Striking Force in 1940, 2 Group target photographs, and Venturas and Photographic Reconnaissance Unit Spitfires. Aerial vertical photograph showing a coastal town with docks on the coast and a river running through the middle. On the right open water with a breakwater in the top right corner pointing down. Above the river on the four large jetties point into the sea. Town buildings are on both sides of the river which goes right to left in the centre. The left end of the river has many ships moored on both sides. Below the river three docks pointing left and down. the bottom one has a large warship. At the bottom the bow of another ship moored alongside. Label with arrows point to the two ships with 'Scharnhorst' pointing at ship in dock and 'Gniesnoe [sic] ' at the bow of ship moored alongside.
