Description
Aerial inclined photograph showing city landscape in the lower two thirds with open country beyond. In the foreground a square grid of roads surrounded by multistory buildings. Many buildings are damaged or without roofs and a large number have been reduced to rubble. On the left side half way up can be seen a church with the spire and sanctuary intact but the rest destroyed. Railway lines run from two thirds way up the left side diagonally towards the right top. The railway is surrounded by factories with chimneys. Rolling stock can be seen on several of the tracks. Captioned 'Germany Hamm'.
