I am awfully sorry for the delay in answering your very kind and thoughtful letter expressing your sympathy over the lack of any definitive news of our Son Kenneth, seeing that you must be so very worried and anxious for news of your Husband, who we are sure, if it is possible, has done, and will continue to do his

very best for his crew, my wife and I feel honoured in one respect to know that our boy was flying with such a courageous Pilot as Squadron Leader Wilson, and you may be sure that any information we should receive in the future we shall forward it on to you immediately.
Meantime, we join with you and Continue to hope and pray for their safe return, once again thanking you very much
