Top - Six airmen outside a brick building. Five are RAF, of which three are wearing service dress and two battledress. The other, second from right, is an FAA airman. The annotation to the photograph reads: "L.R. Frank Ruskell, Johnny Wickins, Winco Gibson, Silent Scot Macgregor, Sub/Lt Muttrie, W Brian Oliver. Crew took Richard Dimbleby to Berlin" This operation was flown on 16/17 January 1943 from RAF Syerston.
Bottom - An airman, holding a dog, standing outside a wooden hut. He is wearing a flying suit, leather gauntlets and a peaked cap. The photograph is annotated: "P/O Robert F. Chase, R.A/G of P/O Des Downer's crew. Lost 16 Sept 1942."
