Last part of card 30 April encouraging remarks.
Card 19 May. No sign of clothes parcel, but book parcel arrived and latest letter for home. Family gossip and future plans.
Card 26 May 1941. Now received 59 letters including about her job. Glad all well at home. Gossip and banter.
Letter 31 May 1941. Still waiting for clothing parcel. Lucky to have received so many photos but cannot send his of theatrics as not yet developed. Hopefully will be in his next letter. Writes about sports he has played. Speculates on future plans, Now 47th week of captivity. Concludes with encouraging comments.
Start of letter 29 June. Asks to thank Harry for cigarettes and for her latest letter and photos. Family gossip.
