Transcripts from the last part of letter dated 26 September part 2, letter 14 October (the letter was dated 4 October) and part of 20th October 1940. First part letter talks about known colleagues in camp and mentions Houghton-Brown (additional information about him provided by the donor), Asks that everyone writes to him. Letter 4 October writes he had been prisoner for 12 weeks but had still not received any mail or word that they knew he was safe. Comments on life in camp. Asks that they send photos, was thinking of Richard and that he had been singing in another concert. Speculates on the future. Part of 20 October letter. Still no news from home, Comments on activities in camp and includes gossip about home and future.
