Description
Top - seven aircrew inside a hut. Submitted with caption 'Seven airmen inside hut; at centre is a pilot (P/O PJ Richards - later DFC, who transferred from 106 Sqn at the expiry of his tour) and on the right of the photograph are two aircrew wearing half brevets, one a navigator. Annotated: "P/O P J. Richards end of 1st tour" and the photograph is signed "All the best Ricky Richards"'.
Bottom - an aircrew officer standing behind a 1939 Hillman Minx RAF staff car with headlight blackout covers. Nissen huts in the background. Submitted with caption 'Copy of photograph showing an RAF aircrew officer stood next to a car in front of Nissen huts. Annotated on rear: "Henry Edwin Bevan".
