Crash record

A form containing details of the loss of Holden's aircraft and his fellow crewmen. Included are time and place of the crash, the cause, the aircraft, the bomb load and special equipment fitted. Also given is the cemetery and the grave number for each of the seven crew killed.
The reverse of the form is blank save for brief details of the aircraft manufacturer, the contract number and delivery date.
