Early life in Australia. Joined RAAF in July 1942. Trained in Australia finally as wireless operator/air gunner. Further training in United Kingdom and eventually posted to 467 Squadron. Reported missing on 16 July 1944. Some details of sortie and collision with another Lancaster over Lignieres-De-Touraine, France.
