Description
1) A four storey uniform building with a tiled roof and dormer windows. The widows on each storey have external shutters and there are bicycles leaning against the railings to the front of the building. Annotated n the reverse.
2) A modern view of the building shows a three storey building with dormer windows in the roof. The main windows have external shutters.
The accompanying note reads, "Plate 1a and b: Two views of Falkensteinstrasse. A) above, an undated view of the east side looking north taken about 1930 (Frieburg, Stadtarchive 004.76). B) below, a view of no. 20 today (Photo in editor's collection).".
