Group of wireless operators

Twenty one aircrew seated and standing in three rows, in front of a corrugated iron building. All are in uniform with field service caps and have sergeant's stripes and a Signals brevet on their uniforms.
On the reverse is written: "His cheery grin [unclear] one up!" and the date "Oct 1944". A label is appended stating: "Peter John Reynolds, front right".
