24 airmen and a warrant officer and a commissioned officer seated and standing in front of a Lancaster with its bomb bay doors open. All are in uniform and one is holding a board on which is written: "Wireless operators Air 227 Sqdn" and drawings of the signals emblem and brevet. The reverse is blank save for a sticker on which is written: "Back 3 from right".
