Description

Postcard philatelic cover commemorating the diamond jubilee of the Caterpillar Club. It has a postage stamp reflecting three distinct stages of the progress of information technology and has been stamped by the Birmingham Philatelic Counter. It is addressed to Mr. G.B. McManus and has been signed by Air Marshal Sir Geoffrey Tuttle.
A statement indicates that it was delivered, by parachute, by Mr J. R. Nickolls.
On the reverse is an explanation of how the Caterpillar Club and its association came to be formed.
