A group of RAF personnel comprising aircrew pilots and ground crew in uniform standing and sitting in front of a Lancaster. The letter Q is painted on the nose of the aircraft and a group of bomb symbols is painted beneath the cockpit. Another Lancaster can be seen far left. Annotation on the reverse: 'subject 3rd row down 3rd from left'.
