Did development work on air refuelling leading to regular trans Atlantic service. Covers history during World War 2 as flying superintendent of Atlantic ferry organisation. Recommended development of Pathfinder Force. Commanded a bomber squadron. Shot down attacking Tirpitz and evaded to return to England. Commanded Pathfinder Force and continued development of Mosquito bomber force, meteorological flight. H2S and Oboe. Continues with career after the war mentioning British South American airways. Berlin air lift. Continues with post war career. Two versions with some editing on the second.
