Air Ministry Certificate of Airworthiness of 16 July 1938 for Short S.21 Flying Boat G-ADHK ‘Maia’, the lower half of the Short Mayo Composite. It took aloft Short S.20 Seaplane G-ADHJ ‘Mercury’, flown by Don Bennett on several world record flights.

It was constructed at Rochester in 1938. Includes b/w photograph of aircraft.
