Danish resistance
Description
Writting to Stan Slater, Borge explains he had been a member of the Danish resistance and is researching escaped airmen. He describes how, following the crash of Stan's aircraft, the bodies of Harvey James Portor and Donald Morris were taken to the hospital but, following orders, they were buried on the edge of a wood. A later visit was made by the War Graves Commission and contact with their families was maintained. An account of the escape of other airmen is provided, including Stan and Tommy, and Borge asks for further information on the incident and the people involved.
