Title

Letter to Mr and Mrs Thomson from Pat Jones

Description

Asks whether they had received George's personal effects as they had received their son John's (J Jones crew member). Assuming that both were safe. Glad they liked photograph and would lend them negative if required. Relates story of friend who's brother was prisoner of war and time it took for them to find out he was safe. Passes on family news and hopes George's effects would arrive safely. Comments on how their son though highly of George. Hope for good news.
