Stanislaw Sewerin's Polish Air Medal identity card

Identity card issued by the Polish Air Force Headquarters awarding Stanislaw Sewerin the Polish Air Medal for the first and second time. The card was issued in London and signed by the Head of the Personnel Department. It is embossed at the top with the Polish Eagle and stamped in red at the bottom with the stamp of the Headquarters of the Polish Air Force.
