Writes that they had had a letter from Mrs Spagatner which stated that she had had a letter from the Air Ministry that her husband had arrived in Odessa and would soon be repatriated. Also states that she had received letter from Mrs Beverton who wrote that she was unable to manage on her pension and had returned to work as well as passing on family news. Also received letter about the Caterpillar Club. Catches up with own family news and planned holidays as well as speculating on the future.
