Madam,
I am directed to inform you that your husband’s grave has now been removed from Bevergern New Cemetery to Reichswald Forest British Cemetery (R.A.F. Extension) Germany, which is 3 miles south-west of Cleve.
It is the policy of the Graves Registration Service to transfer all the graves of British personnel who lost their lives in Germany into British Military Cemeteries in that country, where they will be maintained, in perpetuity, by the Imperial War Graves Commission.
When the work on the Cemetery has been completed you will be notified of the registered Plot, Row and Grave number.
I am, Madam,
Your obedient Servant,
