Very many thanks for your letter & the photo, really Doris it is a perfect photo & does you every justice. When you next see Georgina, will you please tell her where you had it taken for I would like one of her.
I am so pleased you are keeping so well, as is the case with me nowadays. You are quite right Doris, I can hardly wait for Friday & am hoping to have a really wonderful 7 days. Well about the cutlery, sister, we

have very little up to now, but we certainly do need a nice carving set, thank you Doris.
Georgie has told me about your attempts to visit each other, & for once lets hope we all succeed next saturday, & by the way, I’ll phone pop on saturday morning & make the necessary definate [sic] times.
Doris, I am sorry Arthur wont be home this weekend for it would have been very nice for him to have come too, but never mind guess we’ll meet before very long.
Well, as further news is scarce I will close & say
