Yorkshireman leads training flight
Nineteen R.A.F. cadets from Cranwell, Lincs., all of whom have just gained their wings, took off yesterday on a 3,600-mile training flight to the Mediterranean and back. This is the first time cadets have made such a flight.
Squadron Leader D. Iveson, of Stanmore Avenue, Hull, is in charge of the mission.
