Nach Hitlers Sturz

Title

Nach Hitlers Sturz
Schluß mit den Greuelmärchen!

Description

A series of statements from various United Nations statesmen about what will happen when Hitler is defeated. They include Winston Churchill, Franklin Roosevelt, Joseph Stalin, Lord Chancellor John Allse Brook Simon, the Archbishop of Canterbury William Temple and governments in the occupied countries. They advocate punishment of the Nazi leaders and criminals for their roles. They are clear, however, that there should be no retribution against the German people. It will bring peace and freedom to the occupied countries, including Germans and Austrians.

The reader is urged not to fall for Hitler’s rhetoric when he alleges in a speech on 21st March 1943 that the United Nations aims to destroy the Reich, abduct its children and sterilise its young men. The leaflet alleges that the United Nations has clearly stated its aim to punish only those Germans who have carried out offences in occupied Europe, with no retaliation against the German people. It claims that Hitler is lying to delay his inevitable defeat, and this will mean more young Germans will die.
