My dear John

I was very happy to get you [sic] second letter I recieved [sic] it the day I left [indecipherable word] for my new camp. As you see from my address I arrived at my new destination. This is a special camp for women. We have to do everything ourselves here, and we cannot count on any help. I remember well the time we had together. The climate here is not very good because it often rains, and the wind blows strong. I am very dreary now because I get no news from home, and cannot write as I am cut off from home. Up to now I am in good health and the sea climate is good for me here in this camp. I have much spare time now. I don’t work in the hospital, so I learn English I am often thinking about you and wonder when I shall be seeing you again, and I hope it will not
