Mr John!

You will certainly be surprised to see me [indecipherable word] this note [deleted] im [/deleted] instead of my friend Iga. She is to-day ill, she has a sore heart, the doctor is expected. She feels very badly. If you can, please, write some words to her. I shall be in at 2 o’clock. Iga sends you some sweet words.
