Chairman, Welfare & Entertainments
Committee, S.H.Q. HALTON.

C.T.O., Station Headquarters, HALTON.
Date: 26th October, 1943.
Ref: HC/428/4/Chap.
[underlined] STATION WELFARE & ENTERTAINMENTS COMMITTEE. [/underlined]
It is requested that Corporals Howard (5 Wing) and Okin (4 Wing) may be permitted to attend the meetings of the Station Welfare & Entertainments Committee.
2. The presence of these two airmen would greatly assist in the deliberations of the Committee, as they are the most active producers of entertainment on the Station, and their advice, assistance, and comments generally, would be of very great help.
3. The Committee meets on the third Monday of each month at 10.00 hours in Room 68 of the Schools, and at such other times as the A.O.C. may require, but such times are rare and notice of them is given, as is the notice of the usual monthly meeting, in D.R.O.s.
(Rev.) [signature],
Chairman,
Station Welfare & Entertainments Committee.
