Good evening Ladies & Gentlemen.
1. No 2 Wing presents for your entertainment tonight – “WHITE CARGO” – the world famous drama by LEON GORDON.
2. The entire action of the play takes place in the living room of a typical african bungalow,
somewhere in the dreary expanse of the West Coast.
3. There is only one alteration to the published programme – the part of Fred Ashley is being played by WALLIE OKIN, who took the part last Thursday, at 3 days notice.
4. The play has been produced by Edward Sharp, who is also playing the part of SKIPPER.
Ladies & Gentlemen – “WHITE CARGO”.

5 hours have passed – the darkness of a tropical night has replaced the blinding glare of the sun, but the heat is still the same.
[underlined] Act. II Sc I. [/underlined]
6 months have elapsed and night has fallen.

Another 4 months have passed and the West Coast is as hot as ever.

Langford and Tondeleys have now been married for 5 months.
