Dear Ma,
By the time you Received this letter I will be at a new Camp at Sulmona, We expect to move today. Carry on writting [sic] as usual my mail will follow me. I’ve Received three letters from Winnie now, but only two from you. Mail will be more regular than we do here. I am in good Health and Hope all at home are the same. I need a fountain Pen if you can send me one Ill be gratefull. [sic] The Weather here is still good and I hope it continues. Sulmona is near Rome the Red Cross people will give you the address before you here [sic] from me. I must Close now
