W/O. L. Pickford,
Sergeants’ Mess,

Calne, Wilts.
Dear W/O. Pickford,
Very many thanks for your letter of the 13th inst. I am afraid the original must have gone astray, as I can find no trace of it.
However, the details supplied have enabled you to be elected a life member of the Club, and your badge is enclosed herewith.
The official membership card is being prepared, and should be ready for despatch shortly.
I was very sorry to read of the death of your Observer, but congratulate you on surviving the ordeal.
Best wishes, and good luck in the future.
Yours sincerely,
C A Robinson.
C.A. Robertson.
Hon. Secretary.
This Club has been made possible by the courtesy of P.B. Cow (Queensbury) Ltd. in appreciation of many gallant airmen.
