Dear Ma,
Well Ma, Im settled once again. This camp isn’t too Bad. The worst thing is the terrible shortage of fags. Can you send me some? They are sent through certain Dealers. The Red cross will tell you which. The Weather here is good. Cold in a morning but warm enough to sunbathe while the sun is out. There is a Very good Library here and Reading Material is Plentifull [sic]. We also have many games such as Ludo Monopoly and Draughts. We have the usual concerts and lectures. Hand or Basket Ball is a favorite [sic] game here and is Played nearly all day. I hope you are all in the same Good Health and Spirit this letter leaves me in.
Your Loving Son
