Dear Ma,
I am at a more permanent camp now and you may write as often as you wish. If you send any parcels they must not exceed 11 pounds and must contain certain good such as food stuff, [underlined] cigs. [/underlined] you mustn’t send any Papers or news. I am having a good time here we don’t have to work and we get two good meals a day.
Also we receive red Cross parcels which we are Very grateful for. I hope this letter finds you in the same Good health and spirit it leaves me in.
Lots of love
Leslie
