About the allotment arrangement I think its OK to keep it as it is, then you can use whatever you want &amp; bank the rest. Thanks for dispatching the parcels, I’ve received none yet, but I’m OK still without them, don’t send anymore cigarettes I don’t think its worth while now. My hopes for end of war rise more everyday &amp; Im [sic] certain it will not be long.
