Navigator’s, air bomber's and air gunner’s flying log book for Sergeant Harris, flight engineer covering the period from 26 July 1943 to 4 March 1945. Detailing his final training, two-tour operations and instructor flights. He was stationed at RAF St Athan, RAF Swinderby, RAF Syerston, RAF Skellingthorpe, RAF Coningsby, RAF Stradishall, RAF Feltwell and RAF Mildenhall. Aircraft flown in were Lancaster and Stirling.

With 61 Squadron he flew 1 minelaying and 25 bombing night operations. His target were Friesian Islands, Mannheim, Munich, Bochum, Hagen, Kassel, Hannover, Modane, Berlin (10 times), Leipzig, Stuttgart, Schweinfurt, Augsburg. His pilot for all but one operation was Flight Lieutenant Scott. The other pilot was Pilot Officer Wallis.

With 622 Squadron he flew 23 operations (1 minelaying and 11 bombing day, 11 night bombing operations). Targets were Siegen, Trier, Bonn, Cologne, Koblenz, Heligoland Bight, Nuremberg, Munich, Wanne-Eickel, Duisburg, Krefeld, Wiesbaden, Dortmund, Hohenbudberg, Dresden, Gelsenkirchen. His pilot was Flight Lieutenant McCahill.
