1. Attached hereto you will find an envelope and Certificate of Proficiency.

2. The above mentioned envelope will be kept in your possession at all times and under no circumstances allowed to be lost. This envelope is [underlined] not [/underlined] to be opened by you or any one else prior to your arrival in England and assignment to a unit of the R.A.F.
