SEARLE : COOKE. – On November 20, 1943, Rex Ormond John, R.A.F., youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Searle, of Surbiton, to Isabella Rose, only daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. A. E. Cooke, of Surbiton.

SQUIRE : DAY. – On November 27, 1943, by special licence, at St. Paul's, Hook, by Rev. G. Josling, Sergt. John Squire, Royal Corps Signals, only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Squire, of Kingston, to Joan, elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. G. Day, of Surbiton.

TEDREKIN : DIXON. – On November 27, 1943, at St. Luke's Church, Kingston, by special licence, Arnold J. Tedrekin, R.A.C., to Doris Lilian Dixon, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dixon, of 34, Craven-road, Kingston.

THOMAS : PUGH. – On November 27, 1943, at St. James's Church, New Malden, Surrey, Cadet Wilfred Ambrose Thomas, R.A.F., only son of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Thomas, of Bargoed, Glamorganshire, to Corpl. Norma Rosslyn Pugh, W.A.A.F., only daughter of Mr. N. S. Pugh (late London Stock Exchange) and Mrs. Pugh, New Malden, and formerly of Reigate, Surrey.

WHYATT : ROACH. – On November 20, 1943, at St. Andrew's Church, Oxshott, Michael A. Whyatt, Royal Marines, younger son of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Whyatt, Steels-lane, Oxshott, to Teresa Roach, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Roach, Manchester-road, Leigh, Lancashire.
