25 Thur – Conversion of S.Paul
Wrote to Joan and read my book “Black Mask”. My A.G.1 POR’d as from the 1:1:45
5/3 a [deleted] nd [/deleted] day now.
26 Fri
Stayed in again to-night and wrote to out Thomas also Joan. Went to late supper. A bit warmer today.
27 Sat
Room orderly, this morning and lit the fire. Station Flicks with Roland to see “The dancing masters” also “He Hired the Boss” Wrote home. Letter from home.

Sun – Septuagesima. O Full Moon.
Wrote to Joan. Went with Jock to the station dance in the N.A.A.F.I. had avery [sic]
Good time.
29 Mon
Worked till nine o’clock, did stubs & bearer bolts & gun turret pump drain. Wrote to out Clara to answer her letter I received this morning. Bed at 12.5.
30 Tues
Stayed in and wrote home sweet home and Joan. Fininshed work at six o’clock. Went to late supper & cleaned by buttons ready for tomorrow.
31 Wed
We had our party at H.Q Cerdits, 6/- Dancing till 10’o’clock in the morning it was great. W./C Brown spoke to me, a Swinderby about good work.
